Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 3/4 cup chilled oat or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1–2 tsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Blend mango with a splash of water until smooth to create a purée.
  2. Pour the mango purée into the bottom of a clear serving glass.
  3. Slowly pour chilled oat or almond milk over the mango to maintain separation.
  4. Whisk matcha powder with warm water until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
  5. Carefully pour the frothy matcha over the milk layer to create visual layers.
  6. Add ice cubes and sweetener if needed. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
