Viral Brownie Balls

Viral brownie balls are rich, no-bake chocolate bites made with dates, almond flour, and cacao powder, coated in smooth melted chocolate.

Equipment

  • food processor or blender
  • mixing tray
  • parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • refrigerator or freezer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soft dates
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Blend dates until a sticky paste forms
  • Add almond flour, cacao powder, protein powder, vanilla, and maple syrup then blend
  • Roll mixture into small balls and place on tray
  • Freeze for 15–20 minutes
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil
  • Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place on parchment
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set
  • Drizzle extra chocolate and chill again

Notes

Use soft Medjool dates for best texture
Add small amount of liquid if mixture feels dry
Freeze before dipping for better shape
Store in fridge or freezer for longer shelf life
