Ingredients
1/4cupstrawberry purée (fresh blended strawberries with a touch of sugar)
1/2cupmilk (dairy, oat, or almond)
1tspceremonial-grade matcha powder, sifted
2tbsphot water

Instructions
Blend fresh strawberries with a touch of sugar until smooth to make the purée.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the strawberry purée at the bottom.
Gently pour milk over the purée to form the middle layer.
In a small bowl, whisk the sifted matcha with hot water until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
