Pizza Base Ingredients

  • 1 each Pizza Crust Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Choose your favorite brand

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can use a blend of cheeses
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced Can substitute with green onions
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped Omit if not a fan

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the crust to a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the crust.
  • Layer the shredded chicken on top of the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
  • Add sliced red onion and chopped cilantro on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve.
