chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

heavy cream

grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil to garnish
Instructions
Season and dredge chicken in flour.
Heat oil and butter in skillet; sear chicken until golden.
Remove chicken and sauté garlic with herbs.
Deglaze pan with stock, add cream and Parmesan.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and return chicken to sauce.
Simmer for 4 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
Notes
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
For lighter sauce, use half-and-half instead of cream.
