Marry Me Chicken (Creamy Garlic Parmesan)

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil to garnish

Instructions

  • Season and dredge chicken in flour.
  • Heat oil and butter in skillet; sear chicken until golden.
  • Remove chicken and sauté garlic with herbs.
  • Deglaze pan with stock, add cream and Parmesan.
  • Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and return chicken to sauce.
  • Simmer for 4 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
For lighter sauce, use half-and-half instead of cream.
