Instructions
Mixing
In a big bowl, add the ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, feta, parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
Chilling
