Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick-cut rolled oats
  • 1 cup mocha cold brew coffee with almond milk
  • 4 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp hot water or almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • caramel sauce for drizzle

Instructions

  • Combine oats, coffee, caramel, flaxseed, agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Whip coffee, sugar, vanilla, and hot water until fluffy.
  • Top oats with whipped coffee and caramel drizzle.
  • Serve chilled or warm and enjoy.
