  • Loaf pan or freezer-safe container
  • spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit or mix-ins (blueberries, strawberries, or chocolate chips)

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
  • Pour mixture into a loaf pan or container. Cover and freeze for 2–3 hours until scoopable.
  • Scoop and serve with additional fruit or toppings if desired.

Notes

Doesn’t taste like cottage cheese — blending makes it smooth and neutral.
Add peanut butter or Nutella swirls for extra flavor.
For a crunch, mix in granola or crushed cookies.
Use berries, mango, banana, or your favorite mix-ins.
Let sit at room temp for 5 minutes before scooping for best texture.
