Ingredients
2cupscottage cheese
1/4cuphoney or maple syrup
1tspvanilla extract
1/2cupfresh fruit or mix-ins (blueberries, strawberries, or chocolate chips)
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Fold in fresh fruit or chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or container. Cover and freeze for 2–3 hours until scoopable.
Scoop and serve with additional fruit or toppings if desired.
