  • 1 cup cottage cheese (drained)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for brushing)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into 4 balls and roll flat.
  5. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with olive oil if using.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly before serving.
