2cupsromaine lettuceChopped.

Preparation
Season the chicken: In a bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently without overworking.
Smash onto tortilla: Lay a tortilla on a cutting board, add a thin layer of seasoned chicken to one side. Press down to stick.
Cooking
Cook chicken side down: Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add a little oil and place the tortilla with chicken side down. Press with a spatula for about 10 seconds. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Flip and crisp: Flip the tortilla so the tortilla side hits the pan. Cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until lightly crisp.
Assembly
Add fillings: Turn off the heat, then fill the taco with lettuce, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and croutons. Squeeze lemon over the top, fold and serve immediately.
Notes
To keep tacos crisp, wait to add dressing until serving. Great for picky eaters - everyone can customize their tacos.
