Ingredients

  • 12 oz mixed berries
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 English cucumber cut small
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp crushed pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp pear sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • 1/4 cup dried pineapple optional

Instructions

  • Combine berries, grapes, and cucumber in a bowl
  • Whisk honey, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and pear sauce
  • Pour dressing over fruit and mix gently
  • Top with almonds and dried pineapple
  • Chill or serve immediately

Notes

Store in fridge up to 3 days
Use maple syrup for vegan option
Add almonds before serving for crunch
