Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (naan or pita can be used)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  • Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • Spread BBQ chicken evenly over flatbreads.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Pre-bake flatbread for 5 minutes for extra crispiness
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep
Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes for heat
Let pizza cool slightly before slicing
