Instructions
Mix flour and yogurt to form dough
Coat dough with oil and let rest until doubled
Transfer to greased pan and rest again
Dimple dough and drizzle oil
Bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes
Dust with powdered sugar or glaze
Notes
Use regular yogurt not Greek
Use standard protein self-rising flour
Let dough rise fully for best texture
