Ingredients

  • 4 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 1/3 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Mix flour and yogurt to form dough
  • Coat dough with oil and let rest until doubled
  • Transfer to greased pan and rest again
  • Dimple dough and drizzle oil
  • Bake at 400°F for 30–35 minutes
  • Dust with powdered sugar or glaze

Notes

Use regular yogurt not Greek
Use standard protein self-rising flour
Let dough rise fully for best texture
