Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or oats (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Add the banana, strawberries, milk, and protein powder to a blender.
  • Optional: Add Greek yogurt, chia seeds, or oats for added nutrition.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add more milk.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add ice cubes and blend again for a colder shake.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish if desired, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can swap strawberries for blueberries or mixed berries. Try peanut butter for extra protein and flavor. For a vegan version, use plant-based protein and non-dairy milk. Add collagen powder or matcha for specific health benefits.
