Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, chopped artichokes, spinach, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with bread, crackers, or chips.

Notes

Make ahead: Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
For a fun twist, serve in a hollowed-out bread bowl.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven until hot.
