Ingredients
8ozcream cheese, softened
1/2cupsour cream
1/2cupmayonnaise
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupgrated parmesan cheese
14ozartichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1cupfrozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in mozzarella, parmesan, chopped artichokes, spinach, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Serve hot with bread, crackers, or chips.
