Ingredients
3cupscooked shredded chicken
2canswhite beans, drained and rinsed
1cangreen chiles, diced (4 oz)
1onion, chopped
3clovesgarlic, minced
4cupschicken broth
1tspcumin
1/2tspchili powder
1cupsour cream
2tbspolive oil
1tbsplime juice
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté chopped onion until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in green chiles, cumin, and chili powder, cooking briefly to release flavors.
Add shredded chicken, white beans, and chicken broth, then bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.

Notes
