2lbsrusset or Yukon gold potatoes
1headgarlic

½cupmilk or cream

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice top off garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35 minutes.
Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.
In a large bowl, mash the potatoes with roasted garlic cloves, butter, and milk until creamy.
