pomegranate juice

soy sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, soy sauce, and garlic.
Add salmon fillets, cover, and marinate for 15 minutes.
Place fillets on parchment-lined baking sheet, skin side down.
Bake for 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil marinade in a saucepan for 3–5 minutes until thick.
Remove salmon and brush with half the glaze.
Return to oven and bake for 5–7 more minutes.
Serve with remaining glaze drizzled on top.
Notes
Use 100% pomegranate juice for best flavor.
Pat salmon dry before marinating.
Glaze can be stored and reused the next day.
