Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour batter into small rounds and cook until bubbles form on top.
  • Flip and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
  • Serve with Greek yogurt, nut butter, or fruit.
