Pistachio Ice Cream Bars

Creamy homemade pistachio ice cream bars coated in white chocolate with rich nutty flavor and a crisp shell.

Ingredients

  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 110 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 g pistachio paste (100% unsweetened)
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • Fat soluble green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix pistachio paste with sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  • Whip heavy cream to early stiff peaks.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into pistachio mixture until smooth and airy.
  • Fill molds, insert sticks, smooth tops, and freeze for 6 hours until solid.
  • Melt white chocolate and optionally add green coloring. Dip frozen bars, decorate if desired, and refreeze until set.

Notes

Measure ingredients by weight for accuracy.
Do not overwhip cream.
Freeze completely before dipping.
Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
