Pink Brownie Base
1/2cupunsalted butter, melted
1cupgranulated sugar

1/3cupunsweetened cocoa powder

pink gel food coloring
Cookie Dough Dome
1/2cupunsalted butter, softened
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/4cupgranulated sugar
2tbspmilk
1tspvanilla extract
1cupall-purpose flour, heat-treated
1/2cupmini chocolate chips
Pink Glaze
1cuppowdered sugar
2–3tbspmilk
pink gel food coloring
pink candy melts or pink chocolate chips, for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan.
Mix melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and pink coloring.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, cool, and cut into round discs.
Cream butter and sugars for cookie dough.
Mix in milk and vanilla, then fold in flour and chocolate chips.
Shape dough into domes and freeze for 20 minutes.
Place domes on brownie bases.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and pink coloring for glaze.
Spoon glaze over bites, top with pink candy melts, and chill to set.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to three days. Glaze shortly before serving for the best appearance.
