Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 banana (optional, for thickness)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.25 cup milk of choice (adjust for desired texture)

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine frozen peaches, cream or yogurt, banana (if using), vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and milk of choice.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately. Optional: garnish with peach slice or granola. For a smoothie bowl, reduce liquid and add toppings like nuts or coconut flakes.

Notes

Swap cream for Greek yogurt or almond milk for a lighter option. Add protein powder or chia seeds for extra nutrients. Turn it into a smoothie bowl by reducing liquid and topping with granola, sliced peaches, and coconut flakes. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored up to 24 hours in the fridge.
