Creamy overnight oats made with blended cottage cheese instead of yogurt. Easy to prep, high in protein, and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.33 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 0.33–0.5 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds, spices (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese with milk until smooth.
  • In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, and blended mixture.
  • Stir well and sweeten to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  • Add toppings before serving and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Use lactose-free cottage cheese if needed.
Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
Great with berries, banana, or nut butter.
