Ingredients
0.5cuprolled oats
0.33cupblended cottage cheese
0.33–0.5cupmilk (dairy or plant-based)
1tspchia seeds (optional)
1–2tspmaple syrup or sweetener of choice
toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds, spices (optional)
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with milk until smooth.
In a jar, combine oats, chia seeds, and blended mixture.
Stir well and sweeten to taste.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
Add toppings before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Use lactose-free cottage cheese if needed. Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost. Great with berries, banana, or nut butter.
