Ingredients

1egg
0.5cupbreadcrumbs
0.5cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Shape into meatballs and set aside.
Heat olive oil in skillet, brown meatballs on all sides, then remove.
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add tomato paste and red pepper flakes, stir well.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir until combined.
Add Parmesan cheese, simmer sauce until slightly thickened.
Return meatballs to skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer until cooked through.
Garnish with basil or parsley, serve with pasta, rice, or bread.
Notes
Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Add extra red pepper flakes or smoked paprika for more heat. Serve with pasta, rice, or garlic bread for best results.
