cup
Cold water
You can use sparkling water for fizz, add after blending.
1-2
tablespoons
Low-carb sweetener (monk fruit or erythritol)
Start small and adjust to taste.
Instructions
Preparation
Add frozen cherries to your blender.
Pour in fresh lime juice.
Add cold water to help it blend, starting with a smaller splash.
Add your sweetener, starting with a little.
Blend until thick and slushy, adding more water if too thick or more cherries if too thin.
Taste and adjust lime, sweetener, or add a pinch of salt as needed.
Serving
Serve immediately for the best texture.
Optional: Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip in a bit of sweetener before serving.
Notes
If it melts, reblend with ice or more frozen cherries. Different frozen cherries may vary in sweetness, adjust accordingly.
