Rice should be warm for better shaping.

Instructions
Preparation
Start with warm rice. If it's cold, microwave it with a splash of water.
In a big bowl, mix rice, seaweed, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add any optional mix-ins like drained tuna or squeezed kimchi.
Wet your hands slightly and shape about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a ball.
Optionally, roll the balls in crushed seaweed or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
Notes
Best eaten the same day they're made. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days wrapped tightly or in an airtight container. Reheat gently if desired.
