  • 3/4 cup Strong brewed coffee, chilled Cold brew also works well.
  • 1 medium Frozen banana For creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice Can be dairy or non-dairy.
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt Optional for thickness and nutrition.
  • a small handful none Ice Skip if coffee and banana are cold.

Flavor and Sweeteners

  • 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or dates) To taste.
  • optional none Cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt For added flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add chilled coffee and milk to the blender first.
  • Add frozen banana, yogurt (if using), and any flavor extras like cinnamon or vanilla.
  • Add sweetener.
  • Blend for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste to adjust sweetness, coffee strength, or add a pinch of salt.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid and more frozen ingredients. If desired, top with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
