Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, then spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, flipping once, until tender and caramelized on the edges.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes until browned.
Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper.
