Preparation
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Turn off the heat and whisk in honey, both mustards, and vinegar.
In a small bowl, mix onion powder, dried minced onion (if using), garlic powder, and salt.
Coating
Put the pretzels in a large bowl. Pour the honey mustard mixture over them and toss until everything looks evenly coated.
Sprinkle the dry seasoning over the pretzels while tossing again to ensure even coverage.
Baking
Spread pretzels in an even layer on the sheet pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Let them cool for 10 minutes; they will crisp up as they cool.
Notes
These pretzel bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for 4 to 5 days. To re-crisp, warm them in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 300°F.
