  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) Plain is best for authenticity, but vanilla works too.
  • 1/3 cup Cottage cheese Adds protein and cheesecake flavor; blends smooth.
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Milk of choice Dairy or unsweetened almond milk work well.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup Optional, to taste.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Add milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  • Blend until totally smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds.
  • Add frozen raspberries and blend again until thick and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie. If needed, add honey or maple syrup and blend for a few more seconds.
  • Adjust consistency as needed by reducing milk for a thicker smoothie or adding more milk for a thinner texture.

Notes

For added cheesecake tang, you can add a pinch of lemon zest or a small squeeze of lemon juice. For a fun presentation, serve in a cold glass with extra raspberries on top.
