Preparation
Add milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and vanilla extract to the blender.
Blend until totally smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds.
Add frozen raspberries and blend again until thick and creamy.
Taste the smoothie. If needed, add honey or maple syrup and blend for a few more seconds.
Adjust consistency as needed by reducing milk for a thicker smoothie or adding more milk for a thinner texture.
Notes
For added cheesecake tang, you can add a pinch of lemon zest or a small squeeze of lemon juice. For a fun presentation, serve in a cold glass with extra raspberries on top.
