Ingredients
1lbrigatoni
6cupschicken nuggets or chicken tenders
2tbspolive oil
1/2yellow onion, diced
3clovesgarlic, minced
5cupschopped broccoli
1tspItalian seasoning
1/2tspsalt
1/4tsppepper
48ozpasta sauce
3cupsshredded mozzarella
1/2cupparmesan cheese
1/2cuppanko breadcrumbs
3tbspmelted butter
1tspItalian seasoning (for topping)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and cook pasta according to package.
Cook chicken tenders, then cut into bite-size pieces.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic.
Add broccoli, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir for 3–4 minutes.
Pour in sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add noodles, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until coated.
Layer noodles and chicken in casserole dish, top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly.
Bake 25–30 minutes or until bubbling; broil 2 minutes for golden top.
Garnish with basil and serve warm.

Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the crispy top.
