Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened, not pie filling)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon + nutmeg + ginger
  • 4–5 ice cubes (to thicken)

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin purée and almond milk to the blender first.
  • Add the frozen banana, almond butter, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice.
  • Add a few ice cubes to adjust thickness to your liking.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Scrape down sides if needed.
  • Pour into glasses. Garnish with cinnamon, coconut whipped cream, or granola if desired.

Notes

Use frozen banana for natural sweetness and creamy texture. Substitute maple syrup with a Medjool date for a refined sugar-free version. Add a scoop of protein powder or chia seeds to boost protein and fiber. Top with coconut whipped cream, granola, or nut butter drizzle for a smoothie bowl variation.
