Ingredients
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1frozen ripe banana
1/2cupfrozen chopped mango
1–2handfulsbaby spinach
1/4cuppumpkin seeds
2tbsphemp hearts
Optional: 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Place spinach, banana, mango, pumpkin seeds, and hemp hearts in blender.
Add almond milk and optional protein powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Nut-free: use oat, soy, hemp, or coconut milk. Higher protein: add protein powder or use soy milk. Banana-free: replace with 2/3 cup frozen mango or peaches. Contains approx. 20g protein per serving with almond milk.
