Ingredients

Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill or sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Prepare cucumber salad by mixing cucumber, tomato, onion, and feta with olive oil and lemon.
Layer rice in a bowl, add sliced chicken, top with cucumber salad, and drizzle yogurt sauce.
Notes
Use brown rice or quinoa for extra fiber.
