1tsplemon zest
1tbspfresh parsley

Mix chopped cranberries with lemon zest.
Lay one sheet of phyllo flat and brush lightly with melted butter.
Add feta and cranberry mixture near one end, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
Place rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
Warm honey and drizzle lightly over baked rolls.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while assembling. Puff pastry may be used for a richer texture. Reheat leftovers in the oven for 5–8 minutes to restore crispness. Avoid microwaving, as it softens the pastry.
