Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo dough or puff pastry
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup chopped cranberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix chopped cranberries with lemon zest.
  • Lay one sheet of phyllo flat and brush lightly with melted butter.
  • Add feta and cranberry mixture near one end, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
  • Place rolls seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Warm honey and drizzle lightly over baked rolls.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Keep phyllo dough covered with a damp towel while assembling.
Puff pastry may be used for a richer texture.
Reheat leftovers in the oven for 5–8 minutes to restore crispness.
Avoid microwaving, as it softens the pastry.
