Garlicky Cheesy Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • Neutral-tasting oil, for greasing
  • 1 pound pizza dough, room temperature
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara or ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and grease a 9x13 metal pan with oil.
  • Stretch pizza dough to fit pan, letting it rest if it springs back.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Spread garlic butter across the dough from edge to edge.
  • Top evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake on bottom rack for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Loosen edges with spatula, transfer to cutting board.
  • Cut into 1-inch strips and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Make ahead: Dough can be prepped and refrigerated 1 day ahead.
Storage: Keeps in fridge up to 4 days or freezer for 1 month.
Reheat in oven at 350°F for 6–8 minutes for best texture.
