Equipment

  • Skillet or non-stick pan For toasting tortillas
  • mixing bowls For fruit and yogurt sauce
  • chef's knife To chop fruit
  • cutting board
  • Spoon or tongs For assembling tacos

Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (for toasting)
  • Cinnamon sugar, optional (for sweet shell)
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Optional toppings: toasted coconut, crushed nuts, fresh mint

Instructions

  • Wash and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces. Mix together in a bowl and refrigerate while prepping tortillas.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Toast tortillas one at a time for 30–40 seconds per side until lightly golden. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  • In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt with honey and lime juice until smooth. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  • Spoon chilled fruit into each toasted tortilla. Drizzle with honey-lime yogurt sauce. Add optional toppings like toasted coconut or mint.
  • Serve right away while the tortillas are still warm and the fruit is fresh. Enjoy!

Notes

Use soft flour tortillas and toast them lightly in butter for a warm base. Add cinnamon sugar for a sweeter shell or leave plain for a fresher taste. Best served immediately for maximum crunch and juiciness. The honey-lime yogurt can be swapped for whipped coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
