Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  • 0.5 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • fresh mint leaves, torn

Instructions

  • Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
  • Slice the peaches and immediately toss them in lime juice to prevent browning.
  • Add strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, orange segments, and grapes to a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with honey and gently fold to coat the fruits evenly.
  • Sprinkle torn mint leaves on top and chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm peaches to avoid mushy texture. Lime juice prevents browning and enhances flavor. Add bananas only at the last minute to avoid browning. Assemble no more than a few hours in advance for best appearance and flavor.
