Instructions
In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, vinegar, and olive oil; cook 5–7 minutes.
Season salmon with Dijon, salt, and pepper.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high.
Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side.
Mash blackberries to thicken sauce; remove from heat.
Drizzle sauce over salmon and garnish with herbs.
