1.5lbbaby yellow potatoes halved
3-4tablespoonolive oil
Salt or garlic salt and pepper
Fresh herbs rosemary thyme or parsley
3/4cupgrated parmesan
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4-1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F
Mix olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder
Spread oil on parchment-lined sheet pan
Sprinkle parmesan mixture evenly and do not move it
Place potatoes cut side down and press firmly
Drizzle top with oil and sprinkle salt
Bake 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy
