Ingredients

rolled oats
1
cup
Greek yogurt
1/2
cup
milk

tbsp
lemon juice
1
tbsp
lemon zest
1
tbsp
chia seeds
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
1
tbsp
honey or maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
graham crackers crushed
2
oz
light cream cheese optional
Instructions
Mix oats, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, protein powder, zest, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl
Crush graham cracker and layer at bottom of jar
Add half oat mixture then another cracker layer
Top with remaining oat mixture
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours
Add fresh lemon zest before serving
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste
Add more milk for softer texture
Skip cream cheese for lighter version
