Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 graham crackers crushed
  • 2 oz light cream cheese optional

Instructions

  • Mix oats, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, protein powder, zest, sweetener, and vanilla in a bowl
  • Crush graham cracker and layer at bottom of jar
  • Add half oat mixture then another cracker layer
  • Top with remaining oat mixture
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours
  • Add fresh lemon zest before serving

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste
Add more milk for softer texture
Skip cream cheese for lighter version
