Ingredients

olive oil

spinach

potato gnocchi
1/2
cup
chicken broth
1
cup
heavy cream
4
cloves
garlic, minced
1/2
tsp
Italian seasoning
1/2
tsp
smoked paprika
1/4
tsp
salt
black pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Heat olive oil in skillet; cook spinach until wilted. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add gnocchi, broth, cream, garlic, and seasonings. Stir well.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add spinach back to the pan. Stir gently.
Cook another 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Add feta and remove from heat.
Serve warm with bread or salad.
Notes
You can use half-and-half instead of cream for a lighter version.
Add roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes for a flavor twist.
