Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sour cream (or Greek yogurt) until smooth.
  • Stir in green onions, garlic, Worcestershire or soy sauce, and black pepper.
  • Fold in the crab gently to keep it chunky.
  • Add shredded cheese, then spread the mixture into your baking dish.
  • Top with additional cheese if desired.
  • Bake for approximately 18 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Optional: Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a browner top, keeping an eye on it.

Notes

You can make this dip ahead of time by mixing and refrigerating it for up to 24 hours before baking. Serve hot; it can still taste good at room temperature, but is best warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
