Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1-2 tsp taco seasoning or chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of milk (optional)

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  • Transfer to a saucepan over low heat and add shredded cheese and seasonings.
  • Stir continuously until cheese melts and mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning, adding milk if needed for desired consistency.
  • Serve warm with chips or desired toppings.
