Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whisk 1 cup cold milk with about 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix for about 1 minute until it starts to thicken.
Fold in about 1 and 1/2 cups whipped topping gently to maintain airy texture.
Stir in 1/2 cup Fireball until smooth and evenly colored.
Serving
Right before serving, slowly stir in 1/2 cup chilled cream soda without losing the bubbles.
Optionally, dip shot glass rims in cream soda, then in cinnamon sugar.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into shot glasses and top with a swirl of whipped cream if desired.
Chill for 15 to 30 minutes for a firmer texture or serve right away.
Notes
Chill cream soda before use and avoid overmixing after adding soda for best texture. Use smaller shot glasses due to richness.
