Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

  • 6 oz feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: orange zest, black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until mostly smooth.
  • Add cranberries, olive oil, and honey. Blend until fluffy and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
  • Add optional orange zest or pepper for extra flavor and blend briefly.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or seasoning as needed.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.
  • Serve with crackers, toast, fresh fruit, or veggies.
