Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients

feta cheese (block, not crumbled)

cream cheese, softened

fresh or frozen cranberries

olive oil

honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
Optional: orange zest, black pepper to taste
Instructions
Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until mostly smooth.
Add cranberries, olive oil, and honey. Blend until fluffy and creamy, about 1–2 minutes.
Add optional orange zest or pepper for extra flavor and blend briefly.
Taste and adjust sweetness or seasoning as needed.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best texture.
Serve with crackers, toast, fresh fruit, or veggies.
