Ingredients

  • 14 oz bag of 3-color coleslaw mix
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayo, yogurt, honey, and ginger in a smaller bowl until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the slaw and stir until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Use chopped pears instead of apples, or substitute dried cherries for cranberries.
Try different nuts like pecans or almonds, or skip them for a nut-free version.
To reduce creaminess, use 1/2 cup each of mayo and yogurt.
