14ozbag of 3-color coleslaw mix
1large apple, chopped
1/2cupdried cranberries
1/2cupchopped walnuts
4green onions, sliced
3/4cupmayonnaise
3/4cupplain yogurt or sour cream
1/4cuphoney
3/4tspground ginger
Instructions
Combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix mayo, yogurt, honey, and ginger in a smaller bowl until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and stir until evenly coated.
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
