Ingredients
1lbsirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3tbspbutter
4clovesgarlic, minced
1tbspDijon mustard
0.5lemon, juiced
0.5tsppaprika
0.25tspred pepper flakes
2tbspfresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat skillet over high heat and sear steak cubes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Stir for 1–2 minutes.
Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in the cowboy butter sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ribeye or strip steak for a richer result. Adjust red pepper flakes to control heat level. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or over sides like mashed potatoes or rice. Reheat gently in a skillet to keep steak tender.
