Ingredients
1lblarge shrimp, peeled and deveined
3tbspbutter, melted
3clovesgarlic, minced

Instructions
Thread shrimp onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, and chopped parsley.
Grill or pan-sear the shrimp skewers over medium-high heat, basting with the cowboy butter as they cook.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and slightly charred.
