Ingredients
1lbground beef or turkey
1onion, diced
2cupsmarinara sauce
8ozpasta (broken lasagna noodles or penne)
1cupcottage cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown ground beef or turkey with diced onion over medium heat until cooked through.
Add marinara sauce and uncooked pasta. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in cottage cheese and mix until creamy and heated through.
Sprinkle mozzarella over top, cover until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
Notes
